Обслуживание систем отопления, электроснабжения, газа и водоснабжения в доме, организация сервиса, техническая поддержка и ремонт систем. Планирование ежемесячного бюджета, ведение учета, контроль оплаты счетов и текущих расходов, ежемесячные балансы и отчеты. Управление летней арендой, встреча и прием клиентов, обеспечение высокого уровня обслуживания во время их пребывания на вилле.
Responsible for hosting guests in the house, dusting and deep cleaning, washing, laundry, dry cleaning and changing linen/towels for 6 bedrooms/bathrooms, serving breakfast, kitchen cleaning, rubbish removal, recycling, maintenance of equipment in kitchen, gym, cinema, playing and lounge rooms, care of antique wood furniture, replacing bulbs. Maintenance of heating, power and water supply system in the house and the pool, use and control of the irrigation system of the fields and plants. Planning of the monthly budget, record keeping, control of bills and current invoices payment, monthly balance sheets and reports. Summer rentals management, meet & host clients, providing high level service during their stay on the villa.
Garden tasks include trim, shape trees and shrubs; install and maintain seasonal plants, mow and trim fields and golf fields, tree surgery of high and perennial cypresses, fertilizing of citrus and coniferous trees; mow lawns, edges and green spaces, keeping gravel out of leaves, weed and pest control with atomizer and sprayer, irrigation of the fields, loosen golf ground, greenhouse bio planting of herbs and vegetables, fire place care, including chopping and logging wood, pool cleaning, BBQ cleaning, handyman repairs. Watching and control of Security Alarm, Camera and Automatic gate open/closed Systems.
